After undergoing surgical training at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, he completed a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Marvel Cosmetic Surgery.

He served five years as the Assistant Professor of Colorectal Surgery and one year as the Surgery Clerkship Director at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine.
Physicians highly recognize Dr. Morales in his field, so he served as a judge for the American Medical Association's 10th Annual Research Symposium. He was a member of the Hispanic Center of Excellence Advisory Committee for three years and has served on many important medical education committees since 1998 to support the university’s mission.

Miles M.D. Award for achieving the highest score in the written component of the Cosmetic Surgery Board Exam. Most recently, Dr. Morales served on the Board of Trustees and as Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
